The Northwest Minnesota Foundation takes donors' security very seriously.  We have upgraded the online donation system to a Level 1 PCI Compliant provider, meaning the provider's system is scanned quarterly and their facilities and data centers are audited annually by independent, on-site auditors from third-party security firms. Two-hundred and twelve unique requirements are checked annually by an outside auditing firm (SecurityMetrics) to ensure the security of donation data.

In addition to compliance with the PCI DSS, the NMF donation system is secured by VeriSign and all transactions take place on Secure Servers.

The new system is also easier to use, offers more options for donating online and eases the way to find the fund or funds donors wish  to support.
