Provides financial support for charitable, educational and public purpose activities, projects or services that enhance or otherwise improve the quality of life enjoyed by residents and/or visitors of the Fertile and Beltrami Minnesota areas The Fund will be a catalyst in stimulating projects that improve the quality of life in the Fertile and Beltrami communities and help to achieve their visions for the future. The uses of all earnings and assets of the Fund shall be limited to those permitted by an organization exempt from income tax under section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code and consistent with the purpose of the Fund.
