Community Planning Grants will be considered for the design and implementation of plans that address one or more of the following priorities:

• Construction or rehabilitation of quality affordable housing.
• Comprehensive community or economic development.
• Effective management of community growth.

Grants are only made to organizations located and/or conducting activities in the 12-county NMF service area. Applicants must be public agencies or private nonprofits with a 501(c)(3) federal tax-exempt status.
