The Northwest Minnesota Foundation is delivering a comprehensive, integrated training program to build the capacity of the region's nonprofit organizations. The Nonprofit Excellence Program uses all of NMF's training resources to more effectively help managers, directors and board members realize genuine progress toward achieving objective standards of professional and organizational excellence. This initiative brings affordable nonprofit and leadership training to an under-served part of the state. NMF has provided high quality leadership and diversity training to over 2,000 adults and youth since 1988.
