Organizational Effectiveness Workshop - Agenda

*Fee for the workshop is $50 per organization - the second day of the workshop will be determined by participants for a future date.

Organizational On-Site Review (based on SWOT/Strengths/Weakness Analysis Process)
This process includes separate interviews with key staff members, the executive director and the board chair. Focus groups are held with the board, staff, stakeholders and consumers. Staff completes a survey to detail the organization's culture and its impact on effectiveness. Consultants review all organizational documents and report recommendations that can be addressed through NMF grants.

Organizational Assistance - This newly designed component will assist small organizations with immediate issues and concerns. It will consist of a two-day consultation to develop a firm foundation and direction for your organization.
- To be eligible:
- The executive director and/or board member must have attended at least three classes or workshops offered by NMF
- The organization employs no more that 10 FTEs
- The annual budget is $100,000 or less
- The organization is launching or revitalizing stages of development
