Northwest Minnesota Foundation Leadership Development Workshop

Registration Now Open for April Session

March 2006 - Applications are now being accepted for the Northwest Minnesota Foundation's Leadership Development Workshop to be held April 17-21, 2006 at the Hoot Owl Resort, Waubun.

This four-and-a-half day session is designed to develop individual leadership and management skills and offers participants new ways to identify and fulfill leadership roles in their community. NMF brings this workshop to the region so that residents have the opportunity to participate in world-class training and personal development at no cost, except for travel to and from the site. In addition, all meals and lodging expenses are covered by NMF.

Personnel Decisions International (PDI) is a global consulting firm that focuses on management and leadership training. PDI has the expertise to define, measure and develop the capabilities needed to make individuals successful in their organizations and communities. PDI's expert staff travels to our region so residents have the opportunity to experience customized workshops that reflect northwest Minnesota's lifestyle and economy.

Since 1988, 856 northwest Minnesota residents have attended this highly rated program. Applications are available for downloading at here. Applications received before March 31st will be given priority and others will be accepted until the session is full.
