Complete improvements to the pool that makes it a first class amenity for the community

 

Plan and implement a new Center for Recreation and Culture for Warren.

 

Develop and implement a plan that makes Warren one of the most walkable and bikeable communities in Northwest Minnesota.

 

Develop a marketing plan that strategically focuses efforts on attracting Warren’s target audience.

 

Successfully implement a Youth Entrepreneur Program in the school.

 

Successfully implement a Youth Life-Skill Program in the school.

 

Complete improvements along all major road entrances to create a welcoming presence to the community.

 

Develop a new quality neighborhood that provides an attractive place for new single family home construction.

 

Develop and implement a strategy to create opportunities for new/expanded commercial development

 

Successfully complete a new medical complex in the community.

 

Develop and implement a strategy that is successful at growing at least one new business that takes advantage of the area’s assets (possibly ag-related).

 

Education Placeholder: The group thought that some goal was needed to “set the school apart” from its competition, although the group was unsure of what the exact nature of that goal might be.
