Ending Homelessness
Homelessness in Northwest Minnesota may look a little different than you’d expect, but it’s real and it’s taking a toll on many good people in our region. That’s why NMF is working in collaboration with agencies and partners to prevent and end homelessness.
Embracing the future with courage
We’re not afraid to ask the hard questions, involve the right players, and work as a team to connect all the dots. Because making a positive impact takes vision, bold action, and long-term commitment.

Northwest Minnesota Continuum of Care
We host a collaborative regional effort focused on systems-change throughout the homelessness response system.
Our approach
Just a few years ago, NMF did not have a homelessness program. Today, it’s a key component of our work to build better lives for all who work and live in Northwest Minnesota. Our collaborative effort is focused on systems-change throughout the homelessness response system, with an emphasis on preventing, and ending, youth homelessness throughout the region.
